ACTION! Have you ever dreamed of attending the filming of a television show? Well, here’s your chance! The latest creation from Théâtre à Tempo takes you onto the set of a 1960s television station. You’ll be warmly welcomed by the enthusiastic crowd host and charmed by a team of seasoned actors. From superheroes to Tarzan, with a few cooking segments along the way, they will dazzle you with their many talents. Dodging cameras, microphones, spotlights, and other set elements, they are guided by the famous (and somewhat vain) director. The stars are supported by a team of devoted technicians, using techniques that are anything but conventional — and often truly acrobatic.
ACTION! blends the art of circus and theatrical performance, a multidisciplinary show combining music, dance, mime, and breathtaking acrobatics! Expect daring stunts, masterful juggling, skillful object manipulation, and suspended moments of balance and grace. Your participation is key, as you’ll be asked to follow the crowd host’s instructions.
